Our stitching department is home to some of the most skilled and experienced seamstresses in the industry. Using only the highest quality threads and fabrics, our team works to create clothing items that are both stylish and durable, with expert stitching that ensures each item is built to last.

Pressing Department

Approved garments are pressed and steamed to their finished appearance, then passed to final inspection. Press settings are matched to each fabric and GSM to avoid glazing or shine on the surface.

Finishing Department

Finishing Department

Every piece is inspected individually for stitching faults, stains and overall appearance, and checked for correct main, care and size labels. Anything needing rework is pulled at this stage, so only approved garments move forward to packing.

Packing Department

Garments are folded, tagged and poly-bagged to customer specification, then cartoned with pack lists and shipping marks prepared in-house. Every finished piece passes metal detection before it is boxed for export.

Finished Goods Store

Finished Goods Store

Packed cartons are staged in a dedicated finished goods store ahead of dispatch, labelled and documented for export. Goods are held on pallets clear of the floor, with marked access routes and emergency exits maintained throughout.

PRODUCTION STANDARDS

Precision cutting, verified quality and audited compliance

Precision Cutting

Patterns are made, graded and digitised in-house on Gerber CAD. Markers are plotted and cut to plotter paper, holding accuracy and fabric utilisation consistent across the full size range — including extended sizing to 8XL.

Quality Control

Every finished garment passes through metal detection before packing, backed by AQL-based inspection at finishing. Fire alarms, extinguishers and marked emergency exits are maintained throughout the facility.
